If life is a journey, from birth to death, how much of that path must be walked alone?

Alrite people, have been through the darkness in life these few days, and i dun know if i can cope it any longer.
But i have to be positive i guess=)
Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word 'happy' would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. Agree everyone?
We enjoy warmth because we have been cold. We appreciate light because we have been in darkness. By the same token, we can experience joy because we have known sadness.

I've always believed that in this journey we call life, there are times when we are isolated because of circumstances. Sometimes in everyone's life, they feel betrayed and all alone, like everything is a lie. You are trapped in a world of anger and rage and you can only see red through your eyes. No one seem to see when you are going through this time, or understand why. And it is these circumstances in life that cause us to create walls of protection around our hearts. These walls also serve to encage us when we wish to be free. It is my experience that those walls, at times, cause more pain then they prevent.

Aniway, really wanna thanks my new buddy from IT, for all those motivations, and words of encouragement. Appreciate it lots, and guess what? Everything u said really makes sense, and i'm trying it out. I'm sure it helps! Thanks once again, and seriously u are a good companion!=)

Ended school very2 early since the entire day was just a single 3 hr lab.
So me and jiamin proceeded to the school library to watch movie called "tadpole"

Had a great day last thursday, but din't have the time to blog. And why was it so great? Because lesson was only 2 hrs long. Amazing! From 2 to 4. Opportunity rarely knocks on your door. So when it does, never waste it. Thus, i took the opportunity to really enjoy myself on that day.

Was supposed to meet Sabrina before lesson starts, but i've became senile out of a sudden. Totally forgotten about it. When she called to inform that it was about time to meet, i was still busy chatting on msn and reading some blogs. I've not even had a bath. Opps, hehe. OkoK, the next thing i did was rushed like mad woman. Had a bath, then ate. Tick tock tick tock. The time keeps running. At that moment of time i wished i could demand time to wait for me. Or at least move slower, like changing 1 minute to 80 seconds instead of 60. Haha.

Met her at around 1.15, almost time for lesson to start. Accompanied her to KFC to have a meal. I kept rushing her, and she stuffed the food into her tiny mouth. Poor little girl. I'm so sorry, It wasn't on purpose. Haha. After she's done, i dashed to school!

Okay, after lesson ended at 4, was supposed to meet Raihanah and my sis. Both of them were late, so my friends accompanied me. Managed to snap a photo of us.

Alrite, finally they arrived! Bid goodbye to my friends.

Not only do humans grumble, their stomachs grumble too. But my sis' stomach grumble the loudest among us, rite Raihanah?? Heheh, kidding. And so, we went to the nearest coffeeshop to have our lunch.=)

Next was the POOL session. It was pretty fun. My sis kept on cheating, haha. Her stick barely touched the ball, and when it does, CLAP! A big applause for u my sis! Haha, I'm sorry=P

As usual, Raihanah was the best. Can't deny i was lousy too, haha.

Had so much fun on that day, wished time like this doesn't end. Or at least doesn't fade away from my memory.

Bought a bag a day before school starts. This is to enhance my feeling of going to school for day 1!Accompanied by RRRRR. RAIHANAH. Haha. As usual, she never failed to put a smile on my face. But Raihanah, u better admit that i also never failed to put a smile on ur face! right? hahaha=P

OkOk, for the first time, I can't deny that her taste was good. She introduced me to a kind of boxy bag, which was really nice, though it look like a luggage. Heheh. Wow, even some strangers came to me and said it was BEAUTIFULLL!! hahax!

BACK TO SCHOOL!

Had an hour lecture in the morning followed by 4 hrs of break. And as usual, those itchy legs of ours can't stick well in temasek polytechnic's ground, so we have to shift. Thot of rushing to bugis so that we could have plenty of time to shop, but so engrossed in our conversation, we missed the bus stop tat we're supposed to alight. We kept on convincing ourselves tat we din missed it, so we stayed in the bus. And tadaa! Finally we've reached. Reached temasek polytechnic back! One big round the bus turned. *Silly us*. Went down and took a cab to bugis. Shud have taken it right from the start. But nevermind, i'm used to all the stupid things tat we always do, right from day 1 i knew her. Hehe.=) Ate at banquet below Raffles hospital and we shopped like robot since 1 hr was what we left.

Outing with Jia Min was totally great i have to say=)

She came to my house for lunch

and then we headed to Clarke Quay for that tremendous ride on the boat

before we proceed to Orchard for shopping!

Thanks alot Jia Min for all the chocolates!

Guess what??

We finished them within 2 days.

Hehehe=)

It was so relaxing and my mind was at ease during the ride.

we're like the only Singaporean in the boat.

Hahaha, the rest were all tourists.

Nvm2, we acted well enough as though we're one of them.

Then proceed to Orchard.

Went to lido for our dinner.

I had spicy chicken from pastamania

while she had chicken burger from subway.

Outing with Sabrina was tremendous i have to say=)

Went to queenstown plus ikea(the one beside queenstown) and finally airport.

Sat on bus 197 to queenstown and regret was the only word i could describe.

The freaking bus took freaking long to reach the freaking queenstown and our freaking butts simply hurt!

Hehe=)

But i have to admit that shopping there was freaking fun especially with that freaking fun friend of mine!=P

Next destination was airport.

My eyes will be filled with jealousy each time i reached airport.

Watching those people travelling to other countries make me wanna travel too,

but when will that ever happen??

Only God knows!

Haha, so sorry. I will always get excited each time i mentioned about popeye.

Went to Orchard plus Mustafa Centre at feral park and then Bugis.

Bugis is always our port, meaning wherever we go for the day, we will finally land in Bugis.

I came across this book that i find rather interesting. It's about a woman whose husband left her for her friend. Cruel aint she? Simply stealing her own friend's hubby. They even got themselves a child. Oh what a pity for that woman to have such an unthoughtful friend and husband. Haiz. Haha, and why the heck am i feeling emo for them?=P

ANYONE FEELING HEARTBROKEN??

If you are, just rmbr these!

It's really not the end of the world!

You will not always be in this much pain and sorrow. Time does have a way of healing us, though it can be hard to believe that when we're in the midst of feeling so hurt. Remember, u're not alone! Most people have been there. Very few of us get out of adolesence without a number of stabs to the heart, and for some of us, those "stabs" were a frequent part of our life. It's just part of being a feeling. Learn from experience. That's one thing you can get from even the worst experience. A great rabbi once said, you can learn something from everything, meaning there's no experience that can't teach you something worthwhile. You've got to learn what you can to avoid this kind of pain. And don't forget that there are other fishes in the sea, hehehe. It's just a fact of nature. Do you think Mother Nature would set up a system whereby there is only one single person in all the world who could make each one of us happy, when the world is such a gigantic place? That wouldn't be a very good idea!

Remember,

it doesn't work to depend upon another person for ur happiness. We all must find our own true selves and our own true paths in life - independent of our relationships. If you have been dependent on this relationship to resolve your problems, to make your "empty" life seem full, to finally get the love you never got, well, not all relationships can withstand such pressure.

Most importantly, never forget that TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY!!!

Phew~
It's over.
Sleeping late nights hugging tight onto ur notes instead of pillows, and waking up early in the morning before the sun start setting was a total disaster. Must i go thru all of these again?? Til when will it end, i'm always wondering.

But still, i get to enjoy about 2 months of HOLIDAY. That's consider quite long ok. Put the exams paper tat i did badly aside, i've now got absolute nothing to tink about. Total freedom of mind. Yipee yay!

Went out with the cute plus adorable plus annoying friend of mine on the day exams ended, 2 days ago. Made our way to yishun, north point. Total waste of time i have to say. Walking in the rain, being drenched on our way there, our effort weren't paid off. Haha.

Next destination was airport. Should have went there earlier. It's fun taking photos at the beautiful sceneries, and the best thing is we get to eat at popeye. Such a delicious yet unhealthy choice. But tat's normal, delicious food are always unhealthy, and the healthy ones are always horribe.=)

Yesterday went out with another sweet plus funny plus noisy companion. And i'm like repeating wadeva i did on wednesday, because we went to airport and ate popeye once again. It's like the dejavu kind of feeling. Unhealthy me! Stuffing the oily chickens plus fries and onion rings right into my mouth like nobody's business. It's the temptations that have seduced me, making me can't resist popeye. Say NO to popeye! If only i could, i wanna have popeye for breakfast lunch dinner and supper. Ahaha=p

Heyhey people! Here i am again, expressing out the stuffs i did with my closest friend on Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, and in fact the whole of the 9 planets. Hehehe. Proud to announce, that closest friend award goes to none other than Raihanah! Wohoo! Hahaha=)

Alrite2. We went for a date on Wednesday, 19 Nov, after my school ended. Went to Vivo City first, followed by Bugis. That Wednesday was so called the "eating day" for both of us, due to our non-stop actions of eating. Soon, these two walking sticks that u see today will be converted into balloons. Trust me! Such a long pause again. Hehe. Has been busy with projects lately. So can't put the blame on me laa actually. Kekekeke.

Orite, just now was a total different day at school. Wanna know y pple? TP celebrated CCN day! And my class set up a stall selling PRATA WRAP, meaning the prata is wrapped wif sausage and cheese. Yummy! Imagine how delicious it was! The CCN day was from 12 to 5, and our class had divided the shift equally among all of us. My shift was from 4 to 5, and so...... guess wad i did from 12 to 4?? I went to Orchard! Wif my incredibly nonsense plus bullshit partner. Haha. I'm juz joking girl. Dun take it too heart!

And yeah. I've really enjoyed the trip. But its juz so sad that we've got only a few hours, and the time flew so quickly that we barely had the chance to shop. Though, we still managed to cherish part of our moments for DESERT! Haha.

The day before yesterday, or to make it simpler, on Sunday, I woke up early in the morning for tuition. It was the last day teaching him, since his exams are ending. Aww, itz just so sad. Will miss him. But one good news for me is...... his mum asked me to continue teaching him next year. Yay! Heeh. Maybe because my teaching was great? Muahahaha! Nah, kidding.

Taught him for 3 straight hours on my last day, from 9.30am all the way to 12.30pm. I admit it was kinda tiring, but fun simply kill it all. Heeez.

* He gave me chocolates, to gain back my energy lost for teaching him for 3 hrs. Heeh*

Okok, enuf of him. After tuition, went to Orchard with Raihanah. As, usual, a day full of laughter, when two insane partners meet. Heehee. We went round and round and round Orchard Road, searching for bags. After a long walk, we felt exhausted and paused at starbucks. We had a drink, and then continued our journey. Finally our mission completed when we both bought a bag each. Haha. Not only bags, we even bought the same shirt from "Mango". But mine is purple, and hers is white. Hehe.

Raihanah, u know what? U have always been a great shopping partner! I will forever miss the time we went shopping together.

Yesterday, was out wif Sabrina after my paper ended. Went straight to her house after school. Actually i was juz supposed to wait for her at the bus stop, but ended up going to her house. Wow! I din't know that i've becum a TEACHER! Hehe. The feeling of being much appreciated is simply great. My passion, my dream of being a teacher has finally became a reality. But... only a tuition teacher! Hehehe.

But seriously pple, whether u are a teacher in high schools, girls schools, boys schools or juz a tuition teacher, its nort much of a difference. The only thing that matters is whether u're appreciated being a teacher. Whether all ur efforts are being remembered and are paid off. And whether u mean anything to them. I felt soooooo touched when my tutee gave me a rose and a card and wished me "HAPPY TEACHERS DAY" with a sincere look on his face. Hehex. So cute of him! Written on the card was: "Dear teacher, Happy Teacher's Day. U Rock and u Rule!" I din't know i mean so much to him. Muahaha.

After sooo long, i finally get to use this comp of mine! Woosh, I miss u man, idiotic comp. Why were u so stubborn and refused to on urself when i wanted to use u, uh?! I smack u upsidedown laa! Okok, cut this crap. Juz feeling overly joyful, and emo at the same time, cuz of SOMETHING. But i dun think i shud mention it laa. Sabrina, u know can already. Rite sexy? Heuheuheu.

Alrite2, since some unexpected things happened to my comp within those few days, i've missed out lotz of stuffs in my blog. So certainly u shud expect some outdated pictures, rite smarties? U know, life is unpredictable. U'll never know when things happen. Juz like how i din know that my comp will betray me. Ahaks.

Guess i'll miss labs sooner or later. Without realizing, one by one is cuming to an end. OBC lecture has ended on Tuesday. I miss all the funs we had, and the experiments we've tried to work out, and the adorable instructor of mine. Gosh, i used to wonder, why muz wonderful things leave our life? And now, i've cum to realize that happiness are juz like visitors. They visit our life for a moment, and then gone to visit others life. They aren't permanent. So, an advise i can give u is that, dun feel too happy when u've got happiness. They are juz temporary.

First of all, on this wonderful day of mine, I would like to say Thank You to my dearest mum for giving birth to me. Without you, I wouldn't have been born into this special yet unpredictable world. You've been such a great mum, and I hope you know that. Whatever you've done for me is more than enough, and I've never expect more. I am so blessed to have a loving and understanding mum.

I feel much appreciated when all of you guyz gave me a birthday wish. My old frenz made me feel that i'm not forgotten. My new frenz made me feel that I won't be forgotten. And my family made me feel that i'm loved. My mum even sent sms to the radio yesterday at 12 pm. And guess wad pple? The radio announced that it was my birthday! Hahaha. Thanx mum!

And lastly, thanks everyone for the gifts! I love all of 'em.

I skipped math lecture early in the morning yesterday as i was feeling real sick. I was down with flu, and i juz couldn't get my butt out of my bed. And so, i continued with my sleep. My next lesson was at 1 pm. I thot i could enjoy my nap till 12, and then get to school for the next lesson. However, at 10.30, my frens was lyke calling me and asking me to reach school at about 11. Their reason was that they wanted me to join them in their study group. I juz couldn't say "NO", as if i knew what was going to happen!

Unexpectedly, when i reached, my beloved frens suprised me with a delicious chocolate cake! They celebrated mine and Dahshaini's birthday, in advance since our birthdays are so close. Mine is today, 23rd july, and hers is on friday, 25th july. Such a coincident rite? Hehe. Not only that wonderful cake, I was also given a lovely ring bought at Perlini's Silver. I feel so blessed to have such sweet frens! Thanks to Juhanis, Khaddijah, Vanessa, Dahshaini, Jiamin and Benjamin! You guyz have really made my day!

Hey guyz! Accompanied Sabrina to purchase a spec yesterday, after school. Gosh, waiting for her to make a choice is like a disaster! She insist on getting the levis spec, but it juz can't get into her mind tat the particular spec cost a bomb! Hehe. But honestly speaking, I love it too. Hahax. Worst still, she wants a bright colour spec to look outstanding, so that everyone will notice the different in her. Isn't she insane? Why would anyone wants to tell others that he/she has a bad eyesight and has to wear a spec? Hahaha. You're such a weird girl babe! But itz alrite. You are forever my cute lil sweet pie.

I love cooking! Though i seriously sucks at it. Haha. Cooking somehow or rather helps you to get rid of your stress. It's fun, fun, fun! Trust me. Especially when you cook with your fun mates. I'm lucky to have such a nice members to work with. Heuheuheu. I dun regret being in Applied Food Science and Nutrition, becuz i get to cook every tuesday. Bravo!

Greatly enjoyed last weekends. It's been long since I last had food galore. Mmmm. The thought of briyani plus those mouth-watering dessert is making me drool. Haahaax.

Went to my cuzzie's wedding on both weekends. I took these opportunities to eat as much as I cud. I really miss such fattening yet delicious stuffs. But most importantly, I miss the beautiful moments with my aunts, uncs and cuzzies! Gosh, almost all my cousins are married. When will I get to eat briyani again?! Probably during my own wedding ceremony? Hahaaha.

I came across this article on "gay marriages". This has been one of the hot topic recently. Gays are often discriminated in every ways. But what really cause gays to becum gays? what causes homosexuality? There has been much debate about what causes homosexuality. Is there a gay gene? Issit caused by environmental factors, such as upbringing, child molestation, an absent mother or affectionate father? Or issit something that we are born with, an inherited trait, like skin or hair color?

Is being gay a choice??

If you ask most gay people they will tell you that being gay is not something they chose. Why would anyone choose to be something that could cause them to be scorned by society, rejected by their families, deny them rights and subject them to possible violent hate crimes?

Many gays and lesbians would argue that being gay is not a choice, but whether to act on it is. We don’t choose our sexual orientation, but we do choose whether or not to come out of the closet.

However, it is still not known what causes someone to be gay, lesbian, bisexual or straight. No matter what it is, gays, lesbians and their supporters will continue the fight for fair and equal treatment. And i think that instead of criticising them, we should encourage them to the right path in life.

Tmr's Friday! Happy pple? Haha, tats for sure. Friday will forever be the best. The thought of relaxing during the weekends simply makes everyone goes "hurrayyyy!".Hahax

As the earth revolves around the sun, and day slowly turns into night , my body gets weaker. Waking up at 8am daily is such a pain. Im gonna turn into a lampost any sooner. Ahaha. Well, tats exaggerating i guess. Im sure there's many others who suffer worst, like those whose house are distanced away from their school. My house is only a footstep away, and yet im already complaining.

Itz been about two months since i've studied in Temasek Poly. School is getting more fun as days past, beuz the love bonds between mates is starting to develop and grow. There's juz some friends of mine tat make me couldn't resist school. I wouldn't know how life is gonna be without them.

Love you guyz to the max! Thanx for making my day with ur craziness and laughters. U guyz simply ROX! Ahaha.

Gosh! I've been browsing through my photo album these few days and those photos simply made me miss the past. I juz can't forget the olden days. Life was so fun back then. Forever being sorrounded by my beloved friends, especially Ryna, my nonsensical partner. Miss you many many! Miss the time we went to the library, trying our level best to study, but ended up talking nonsence. The time when we went to KFC every single week without fail, hoping we'll grow fat, but juz look at both of us. Forever a stick. Hahax. Haix. Life kinda empty since we've gone our seperate journey. Though I've got bundles of frenz here, in tp, she's irreplacable in my heart. But nvm, we're gonna meet up soon yeah? :) Hahax! See you soon honey!

Wow, a tired day indeed! The weather outside is simply forcing me to take a nap. Hahax. But before that, let's juz give u guyz a summary of what happen today. Ok dearies?

Met my sweetheart, Jocelyn, at around 3.30pm at tampines interchange. Wanted to meet at 3, but for some reason, it drags till 3.30. Rite jocelyn? Haha. Took bus 23 all the way to Bugis. The moment we reached, our stomach began to grumble so loudly tat we could barely enjoy ourselves. So we decided to grab a bite. At KFC. Its been ages since i last went dere. Finally, after eating, we are physically charged! Ready to make our next move. We started patrolling the whole of bugis like police officers. Me searching for bags and clothes, jocelyn searching for perfumes, shoes and shorts. Gosh! This is real hard, since we were searching for different things. And worst still, both of us are like so choosy. She will always paused at those shops selling perfumes or shorts, and made me wait so long before she could actually purchased one. She even tried the shorts 6 times before she made her final choice. Like i've said, she's choosy. Haha. Likewise, i'll stop at those shops selling bags and clothes, and spend hours investigating them. Poor Jocelyn, standing there waiting for me. Ahax! To make matter worst, we've got a total different taste. So whatever she finds pleasing to her eyes, will make me wanna puke looking at it. And vice versa. Tat way, we couldn't get each other's opinion while buying. Hehe. Aniway, despite our differences, we still managed to get what we wanted, but not completely. I've got a bag, and as for jocelyn, she got a perfume and a pair of shorts. My clothes and her pair of shoes is still in the pending list. HahaX.

Arghh! My body is aching all over! All thanx to myself for trying to act strong! Went gym with jocelyn on sunday, and ran on the trackmill for 35 minutes. Then continued doing other exercises for about 1 hour plus. Tats long! Now i can barely move myself. The feeling is as thou someone is squeezing and compressing ur bones and muscles like nobody's business! Gosh! Worst still, I almost wanted to lift the weight. It was lucky enough that jocelyn told me not to. Otherwise, I guessed I might be paralysed by now? Hahaaz!

Its just this sudden urge to make myself slim! No idea why! Maybe becuz I'm currently doing my projectwork about "obesity". Obviously I have to keep myself slender before I can actually lecture others about doing so. Rite pple? Haha. In tat way, at least I practise what I preach!

Btw, I've been eating much lately! Fats seem to be bulging out of my tummy! Aww!! Tats horrible! I guess tats another reason for the urge to loose weight. I dun wan my weight to get in the middle of everything I do, and meddle wif my life. But itz juz these temptations tat makes me loose control! I juz can't resist them!

And guess what? My cravings for pizza has finally ended! My sis brought home a box of delicious chicken supreme! Yummy!

I wonder how I'm ever gonna loose weight! But nvm! Hope the aching in my body stops before this saturday. Since I'll be dating jialin and jocelyn again for GYM! hahaz!
